Common questions
Is the ₹499 refundable?
It is a one-time registration fee that pays for your WhatsApp Business account setup and platform access, so it is not refundable once that account is created. Everything after it is on the trial.
Will anything be deducted during the seven days?
No. You set up the mandate on the next screen, but the first deduction only runs after day seven. If you cancel inside the trial, nothing is taken.
Why do I have to set up a mandate before the trial ends?
So your service does not stop mid-week while a payment is arranged. The mandate is only an instruction to your bank — it takes nothing until the trial is over.
What happens if I cancel in month two?
The mandate stops and no further amount is deducted. Amounts already deducted for months served are not refunded, and your website and ordering go offline.
Do you take any commission on orders?
None. A ₹200 order and a ₹20,000 order both cost you the same ₹0 in commission.
